Normal skin

Cleansing

Good skin begins with a good cleansing and all beauty-care rituals start with a thorough cleansing of the skin. Skin cleansers are very much like soups, but they do not leave your skin dry. They remove dirt, excess oils, dead skin cells and, course, make-up. Normally, most cleansing creams consist of water-in-oil emulsions with high oil content. This oil content is responsible for the cleansing action of the cream; it dissolves other greases on the skin and cleanses it without stripping the skin completely of its natural oils.

Traditional skin cleansers were called “cold cream” because it felt cool to the skin when applied. They were emulsions of natural waves, vegetable oils and water. Cleansing creams must be able to clean the skin effectively, yet leave it supple. They must be easy to spread and easy to remove with a cotton pad or just water, without irritating the skin. Some cleansing creams contain moisturizing ingredient so that skin will not feel dry.

Moisturizing

There is a vast difference between the cutting pattern of the common salwar suit and the patiyala suit. Its distinguishing characteristic is folds of cloth stitched together that meet at the bottom. The ?paijama? or the salwar is is very heavy compared to the common salwar because it consists of numerous folds accumulated around the waist. Now a days semi patiyala has also come up into style where the circumference is somewhat lesser near the waistline. This was done keeping in mind the comfort related to weight of the salwar. The kurta is a tight fitting, straight cut. The length of the kurta rests few inches above the knee. The sleeves may be of various styles like short sleeves, puff sleeves, 3-quarters and even sleeve less.The glamour more added to the suit is due to the dupatta of the salwar , with heavy patch work.

The Beauti Red Nails

Is this photo part of the campaign for Tom Ford‘s first beauty line, or was it ripped from the wall of a bustling nail salon circa 1986? The former answer is obviously correct if you look closely at the labels on the high shine lip gloss, but he could have fooled us.

 What does Tom Ford think of his first beauty line? WWD asked: “I don’t like B.S. and a lot of promises, and there are a lot of products out there you don’t even need,” Ford said. “My brain works in the same way whatever I do. The approach is practical, architectural and I use the same vocabulary whether I’m designing clothing or color cosmetics.”

One-hundred percent sold. The full Tom Ford Beauty collection will be available in November and will include shiny glosses, richly pigmented lipsticks, nail lacquer, gorgeous eyeshadow palettes and a skincare line. We can hardly wait.

Demi Lovato Releasing Third Album September 20, 2011 – And She’s Going On Tour!

Demi Lovato is on the same musical track as her friend Selena Gomez since as of September 20, 2011 they will have both released three studio albums. Demi’s third album doesn’t have a name yet, or at least she’s not revealing it, but we do know what the music on it will sound like! Demi said,

    "It’s definitely more pop, it’s not the pop-rock feel anymore. I’m showcasing my vocals a lot more like I did on [my new single] ‘Skyscraper’ and feeling really comfortable with what we have so far."

Demi’s adorable little sister Madison De La Garza added,

    "I think it’s the coolest album I’ve ever heard!"

Demi has already recorded around 20 songs that could end up on the album, so she’ll be spending the next few weeks picking out the best tracks for the album. We can’t wait to hear the one’s that make the cut!
Oh, AND Demi just might be going on tour! Here’s what she revealed during her live chat last night:

    "If I was to tour I would announce it soon. Maybe possibly I’m in the works of putting together a tour and maybe it would be all around the world. I don’t know… I’m just saying!"

It’s Official: Robsten is a Thing

ATTENTION, PLEASE: Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson are dating!
Are you thinking “DUH” right about now? Kristen thinks you should be too! She just confirmed the relationship for the first time ever (she casually called Rob her boyfriend in a recent interview), but she doesn’t think it’s breaking news.
“So much of my life is so easily Googled,” she said of the big announcement. “I mean, it’s like, ‘Come on, guys! It’s so obvious!’ I don’t think you realize what a big deal it is for people.”
So why has K-Stew been so tight-lipped about the relationship up until now? She says it’s a matter of being selfish – but in a really understandable way.
“It’s just one of those things. I’m selfish. I’m like, ‘That’s mine!’” she explained.“And I like to keep whatever is mine remaining that way. It’s a funny little game to play, and it’s a slippery slope. I always say to myself I’m never going to give anything away, because there’s never any point or benefit for me.”
